Great customer experience with Door Masters Ltd. Manny was very professional and knowledgeable. We had bifold doors fitted at our property in West London. After a while we started having problems with the doors not opening and getting stuck. It got to a point where the doors would not open.

We contacted the original fitters who were of no help and it got to a point where they stopped replying to my messages.

I contacted Manny who was very understanding.

He came from the Midlands to West London to help me with the issues I had with the door.

He fixed the issue by realigning the whole door frame and gave great advice with regards to the maintenance of the doors.

I also had an issue with a set of Panoramic doors where the glass had broken from one of the doors.

Manny helped me source the glass even though he wasn't the one who had supplied and fitted the door. The original suppliers had gone into liquidation.
